From September 2024 both Breakfast Club and After School Care are organised by the school.
Breakfast Club runs from 8am to 8:45pm Monday to Friday. Until Autumn half term it is available for Reception to Year 6. From Autumn half term onwards it then opens for Nursery children.
After School Care runs from 3:20pm to 6:00pm. It is available to Nursery to Year 6 children all year round.

If you would like to use Breakfast Club or After School Care you must register with Magicbooking through this link https://earlsfield.magicbooking.co.uk/ Please note this is not to make a booking but only to complete registration details. If you do not complete all the fields you will be unable to make a booking.

Cancellations
We do not offer bank refunds under any circumstances. Refunds are not credited to bank accounts rather they are credited to your Magicbooking account to be offset against future bookings. We therefore urge you not to have excessive credit as this will not be refunded if or when your child leaves the school.
Cancellation is free of charge when you do this online yourself. Provided cancellations are made ten working days before the booking commences you will be issued with a credit note to use against future bookings. Why ten working days in advance? We need to map out staffing arrangements and cannot account for significant variations in numbers at short notice. We also want to ensure places are not held when they could be used by other users and booked in good time.
- All changes and cancellations must be undertaken through MagicBooking by the account holder (parent or guardian).
Credits are given for:
- Where the service is unavailable through circumstances beyond our control e.g., Polling Day, school flooded, heating or hot water failure strike days etc
- Cancellations received ten days in advance.
- Periods of illness (day six onwards) Parents notify wraparound@earlsfield.wandsworth.sch.uk requesting credit.
Credits are not given for:
- Periods of illness (5 days or less)
- Where the service is available, but the child chooses not to attend and the parent has not cancelled
- Lost or damaged personal property.
