The Governing Board

Governors have an in-depth understanding of the quality of education the school provides. They challenge leaders rigorously on whether all groups of pupils are achieving as well as they should. This includes disadvantaged pupils and the most able.

Governors are uncompromising in the way they challenge leaders to strengthen outcomes for pupils. They recognise the school’s strengths but are also acutely aware of what could be even better.

The Governing Board is made up of a wide-ranging group of people but the one thing we all have in common is a passion for, and commitment to, Earlsfield School. We believe all children at the school should get a high-quality education while having a really happy time.
