PTA Committee 2025/26

2025 proposed pta committee.pdf

A number of committee members have been in place for 3 years and have children in Year 6, so will be leaving next year. Please consider joining and continuing the great work the school really needs. It's a very rewarding role and can be a lot of fun.

How much was raised in 2024 / 25:

£27,000 - every penny goes back to the school and directly benefits your children

(The target is to raise between £20k - £25k each academic year)

How were donations spent in 2024/25?

  1. Oasis
  2. School trips & residentials
  3. Painting Bottom Hall and classrooms
  4. New nursery equipment
  5. Parent smartphone free sessions
  6. World Book Day books for the classrooms

 Investment plans for 2025 / 2026

  • 16 visualisers for each classroom
  1. Becoming a more eco friendly school (more new to follow on this in 2026)
  2. Subsidising school trips and coach costs
  3. Part funding Year 4 & Year 6 residentials
  4. Funding Sports Day and Swimming Lessons at Burntwood Girls School
  5. New mural under the sheltered area in the playground
  6. Painting of the top hall & classrooms

Every penny we raise for school projects like this allows them to retain their budget for educational and pupil premium needs and much more.
